The costs for shipping your car vary depending on a number of factors. These include; distance travelled, destination duties and taxes, the type of service required and the make and model of your vehicle.  The time it takes for ships to reach their destination is also a factor, as well as the amount of traffic moving to or from that part of the world. Shipping lines may offer very attractive car shipping rates due to large volumes of return traffic from a particular country.

The shipping costs also reflect the size of the vehicle being shipped. A normal saloon car will carry a lower rate than say a long wheelbase Land Rover or a people carrier as they take up less space on the ship.

Roro is one of the most favoured transport methods due to its cost-effectiveness and ease for our clients. Short for ‘Roll on Roll off’, the term originates from the way vehicles are loaded on and off of the specially designed RoRo ship. Using the ships own integral loading ramps, vehicles are simply driven on at the port of departure (‘Rolled on’) and driven off on arrival at the destination (‘Rolled off’). This is typically much faster and more efficient than standard container car shipping.

We also offer scheduled weekly car shipping services using 20′ and 40′ containers where your vehicle is loaded and secured inside it’s own dedicated container for shipment.
